To register for the meetings, please complete the form below and click on the Save button once you are finished. Note that you can select only one meeting at a time, so please help us with room sizing by trying to be accurate in your meeting selection.

The principal requirement for participating is that you must register and must indicate precisely which meetings you wish to attend. Total attendance is limited by the size of the facility and late registrants cannot be guaranteed a place. Once registered. your CCSDS space agency will have up to 5 days to approve or reject your registration, so please use caution when making reservations that have cancellation penalties within the next 5 days. If you hear nothing within 5 days, then you have been approved.

Please still register if you are attending only by telecon and you are not traveling to the meeting. This will ensure your working group chair understands that he/she needs to request and manage telecon/WebEx facilities.

You will receive an e-mail once you have submitted your registration. This e-mail will include a URL, which will allow you to view, edit, cancel, and print your registration information.
Note – Registration for the meetings will close 1 week prior to the actual meetings.
