Fall Meetings 2025 Information Overview

CCSDS Fall 2025 Meetings will be held in-person.

Overview

The European Space Agency (ESA) will host the CCSDS Fall 2025 Technical Plenary, Interoperability Workshop, and Management Meetings at the Hamburg University of Technology (Technische Universität Hamburg – TUHH) in Hamburg, Germany.

The dates will be as follows:

As always, the dress for the Technical Plenary meeting is Business Casual.

Meeting Location

The meetings will take place on the campus of Technical University of Hamburg (TUHH) – Am
Schwarzenberg-Campus 3, 21073 Hamburg
The registration, opening ceremony, and the CCSDS Interoperability Workshop on 15 Sep will be
held at Audimax I (H Building) and most of the meeting rooms are located in H and C buildings.

Two options exist for hotels:
(1) Stay in the suburb of Harburg, where the TUHH is located, or
(2) Stay in Hamburg City and commute in the morning.

Opening Plenary Presentation

The CCSDS Opening Plenary presentation that will be given on September 15th, 2025 will be posted on September 16.

Technical Editors Bootcamp

The CCSDS Secretariat will host a Technical Editor Bootcamp on the afternoon of September 17th, 2025. We encourage book editors and members new to CCSDS to sign up online once meeting registration opens.

Coffee/Beverages/Lunch

ESA is graciously planning to provide complimentary coffee breaks and lunch through the duration of our meeting activities. Please make sure to indicate your lunch preferences when completing the online meeting registration.
