This Recommendation specifies the Data Link layer protocol, services, and procedures pertaining to the CCSDS Version-1 Synchronous Transfer Frame. These specifications correspond with the Data Link layer specifications contained in Packet Telemetry and Packet Telemetry Service Specification, respectively.
